Wokingham Lib Dems help in Henley By-Election11.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Fri 6th Jun 2008
Wokingham Lib Dems have been regular visitors to the Henley By-Election HQ in Thame and to satellite offices in Goring and Henley. They know that they are on to a winner in Stephen Kearney.
The poll takes place on Thursday June 27th (one week ahead of the Henley Regatta), and based on past by-election 'swings', is well within Lib-Dem sights. The Labour candidate is in danger of losing his deposit.
Anyone who wants to help in the by-election is asked to register directly with Henley Lib-Dems (link: henleylibdems.org.uk) for regular updates. Do you like a country ramble? Then help deliver leaflets in some of the best scenery in the Thames Valley (apart from our own Constituency!). If you prefer to work indoors, then you can either go to the HQ or help with phone canvassing.
