At 10:00 am on 12 December the Wokingham Borough Liberal Democrats will be hosting our online Annual General Meeting.
This meeting is your chance to have your say on how the party is being run and hear from The Baroness Thornhill MBE and our parliamentary spokesperson Dr Philip Lee. Dorothy Thornhill chaired the review into the Liberal Democrat 2019 General Election campaign. She was Liberal Democrat Mayor of Watford for 16 years (formerly a Tory stronghold) and will share her insights into effective campaigning and transitioning from a local opposition party to the ruling party, as well as taking questions.

Nominations are open for key posts that run our local party and honorary President. To put yourself, or another local party member, forward for one of these positions please complete the nomination form (it will require the signature of the person being nominated and the person nominating them) and send it to John Russell at 33 Allendale Road, Earley, Reading RG6 7PD or scan the nomination form and email it to jcnrussell14@gmail.com by 30 November 2020.
A link to the online meeting will be sent to all members in the week beforehand.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email John or call him on 0118 961 6638.
